Philosophy
Having worked in both Physiotherapy and Strength and Conditioning, James has an appreciation for both the rehabilitation process as well as what it takes to perform at an elite level.
James’ philosophy for Strength Performance Rehab is to provide an alternative rehabilitation experience by providing comprehensive programming with high performance as the end goal. James believes minimising time spent on the physio bed, reducing reliance on manual and soft tissue therapy and maximising time invested in developing foundational strength, mobility and biomechanics.
James can provide an array of rehabilitation and performance training services and specialises in developing rehab programs that fully integrate in to weekly training schedules.
